Heather McPherson

Portfolio Manager and Vice President at T. Rowe Price

Heather McPherson is the co-portfolio manager for the US Large-Cap Value Equity Strategy and an associate portfolio manager of the Equity Income Strategy in the U.S. Equity Division of T. Rowe Price. Ms. McPherson is also a vice president and Investment Advisory Committee member of the Equity Income, Growth & Income, Global Technology, Large-Cap Core, New Era, Mid-Cap Value and Value Strategies. Heather is a member of the firm’s U.S. Equity Steering Committee. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Ms. McPherson has 17 years of investment experience, 15 of which have been with T. Rowe Price. Prior to joining the firm in 2002, she worked as a summer intern in 2001 at Salomon Smith Barney, covering the storage area networking industry. Prior to this, she was a vice president of finance and administration for Putnam Lovell Securities, Inc.

Ms. McPherson earned a B.S. in managerial economics from the University of California-Davis and an M.B.A. from Duke University, The Fuqua School of Business.

Bill Miller

Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Miller Value Partners

Bill Miller is the Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Miller Value Partners, LLC and is the Portfolio Manager for MVP1, LP. During his tenure as sole manager of the Legg Mason Value Trust, its performance exceeded its S&P 500 benchmark index for 15 consecutive years1. He was named Fund Manager of the Year in 1998 by Morningstar2, The Greatest Money Manager of the 1990s by Money Magazine, selected as Fund Manager of the Decade by, was named by Barron’s to its All-Century Investment Team (1999), and received the Sauren Golden Award in 2015.

Bill was the director of research for Legg Mason from October 1981 through June 1985, and assumed overall responsibility for Legg Mason’s equity funds management division in 1990. Prior to joining Legg Mason in 1981, he served as treasurer of the JE Baker Company, a major manufacturer of products for the steel and cement industries.

Bill earned his economics degree from Washington and Lee University where he graduated with honors in 1972. Subsequent to graduation, he served as a military intelligence officer overseas and then pursued graduate studies in philosophy in the PhD program at The Johns Hopkins University. He received his CFA designation in 1986. Mr. Miller is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Trustees of the Santa Fe Institute where he served as chairman from 2005 to 2009. The Santa Fe Institute is one of the world’s leading scientific research laboratories, conducting multidisciplinary research in complex systems theory.

Sam Peters

Portfolio Manager at ClearBridge Investments

Sam co-manages the Value Equity Strategy and the All Cap Value Strategy. He has 25 years of investment industry experience.

Sam joined ClearBridge, LLC (f/k/a Legg Mason Capital Management, LLC) in 2005. Previously, Sam served as a Portfolio Manager and Health Care Sector Team Leader for Fidelity Management & Research. Sam joined Fidelity in 1999 as a bank analyst. He founded Samuel M. Peters Investment Advisors, an independent advisory firm. Sam was a financial consultant for Eppler, Guerin & Turner.

Sam serves on the Board of Trustees for the Gilman School in Baltimore, Maryland, is a board member of the Merchant Livestock Company and is a board member emeritus of the College of William & Mary's Endowment Committee. Sam also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Santa Fe Institute, a leading, multi-disciplinary research laboratory dedicated to developing and advancing solutions to complex problems in physical, biological and social systems.

Sam earned a BA in economics from the College of William & Mary and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He received the CFA designation in 1997.

George Sakellaris

Equity Portfolio Manager at Brown Advisory

George is a portfolio manager of the Mid-Cap Growth strategy and an associate portfolio manager for the Small-Cap Growth strategy. Prior to joining Brown Advisory, he started and managed a small-cap growth strategy at Credo Capital Management and served as director of research and an analyst for GARP Research & Securities.

George received his B.S. from the University of Maryland in 2000 and received his M.B.A. from the Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2006. George has received his CFA designation.
